Integrity one has or doesn’t, there is no gray area. By giving a pass you condone the action and enable this to perpetuate and spread. This gives rise to what should not be acceptable becoming a new norm.

Unless people speak up and stop a wrong, they have no right to hold others accountable or to a higher standard.
