Kenan,

Thank you, let me know if I can help in anyway.

More than a few of us have been where you are now. You spent years and more hours than you want to recall successfully building a business that became your only focus. Your exited and now you have to pick up the pieces and re-balance your life. This is a process that takes a concerted effort, time and energy invested in you.

You no longer are the guy that is running company x, you are running company Kenan.

Change happens by our own doing or others hands and whether we like it or not. The key is to pick yourself up and start moving again in a more positive direction. I’m not going to say the cliche that I’m sure many will of finding your passion….

Take the time for some self reflection, find what motivates you and apply that energy into that endeavor. Be it another startup, a 503c or other just start moving forward, you will find your footing in short order.

Right now is when you should be engaging in networking and self reflection. Something will come to you, if you seek it out. Stay engaged with people, do not hibernate, that serves no purpose or good. Start putting your skills to use, I have a good feeling that once you start moving, your head will clear, you will find your balance and will land on your feet.

DM me on twitter if you want to talk.
